The boiler pushes from the left toward the three basins on the east wall. Tap a pipe to turn it a quarter turn. The ones with a brass clamp are welded in place and will not turn.
It is not enough for the water to arrive: every open end left facing air is a leak, and with leaks the foreman will not sign off on start-up.
The flood shifted half the boiler room and the elbows of the network ended up turned every which way. The boiler is hot and the three east-wing basins are dry. Turn the sections until the water reaches all three, and do it without leaving a single end facing air: in a bathhouse, one leak is a flooded room.
